Menu:

Appetizers:

  • Poblano queso dip with corn tortilla chips 

  • Strawberry balsamic crostini with goat cheese 

Dinner:

  • Santa Maria Style BBQ plate with Sausage, tri-tip and grilled portabella mushrooms

  • Served with ranch beans, garlic bread, pico de gallo and a fresh green salad with herbed ranch dressing and balsamic vinaigrette.

Drinks:

  • Banquet ticket includes two free drinks for those who are 21 years and over
